As we strive to finish development by year's end it is time to streamline the process that we receive feedback.  As such new guidelines for posting certain section are now in effect.  These section will be heavily moderated in an effort to keep topics on topic and feedback in a manner benefiting the dev team's ability to process that feedback.

Bug Reporting - If it's broken, help us fix it by providing the details.

This section is only for reporting bugs and providing more information on said bug anything extra will be removed from the threads.

Game Support - Help topics and game support questions go here

Customers come here for help please remain respectful and offer your help tips, tricks, advice, support.  Anything outside of those parameters will be moderated out of the posts.

Community Development Notes - These forums are for development information exchange between our volunteer Dev Team and their fellow H-Hour community members.

This section is for feedback on patches only and other official announcements. Anything else will be removed these threads are not here for any other reason than to report feedback on the patch notes or announcements.  This section will also be heavily moderated for compliance.

Green Up - The community talks all things H-Hour

This section is for discussion on the game nothing else.  Moderation in this section will be left up to the mods on when and where to step in.  While moderation will be somewhat lax in this area the forum policies will be enforced and any off topic threads will be left up at our discretion.

Pre-verbal warning to everyone if you disagree with a moderators decision follow the policy and PM either that Moderator or myself to discuss it.  Any and all posts questioning moderation in the forums will result in an automatic suspension for failure to follow moderation.

*Failure to follow moderator direction (disputes about moderator actions should be handled via a personal message to a Moderation Team Lead)

This is just the beginning of changes to the forums structure and this section will be updated as we asses things in the future to help the dev team get valuable and constructive feedback needed to improve the game.

It's easy to attack and destroy an act of creation. It's a lot more difficult to perform one.

“If you are a gamer, take a deep breath and a moment of reflection occasionally and admire the incredible creativity of the medium you love. And if a game disappoints, provide constructive feedback, not the vitriol that is unfortunately so prevalent nowadays,”
